We have developed resources and programming designed to expand learning opportunities and connections. Our focus is on helping you discover possibilities beyond your major and academic department. Career Communities connect you with peers, alumni, employers, and opportunities aligned with your interests through industry-focused groups, regardless of major. If you are still figuring out your career goals, our dedicated Exploration Career Community provides a supportive, pressure-free environment where you can explore options, build confidence, and discover your direction.

Join one (or more) of our seven Career Communities to explore your future in:

• Exploration (still exploring career interests and possibilities)
• Business, Finance & Consulting
• STEM
• Creative Arts, Media & Communications
• Government & Public Interest
• Law
• Health

Through this culture of connection, we offer career events centered on industries rather than majors. When you join a community, you’ll receive updates from your Career Community Leader highlighting jobs, internships, programs, resources, and employer connections. The Exploration Career Community is designed specifically for students who want guidance as they discover opportunities, clarify their interests, and define their career goals.
