The Center for Career Advancement (CCA) staff facilitates resources and conversations to effectively support students in the classroom through the following:

  • Career exploration
  • Major Selection
  • Internship

  • Graduate school searches

In the Classroom we help provide:

  • Foundation Seminar Visits
    • Discussion focuses on understanding and owning career decisions within the context of students’ current academic experiences and relationships.
  • Classroom Visits & Presentations
    • We welcome the opportunity to visit classes when faculty feel it may help with professional development or career path discussions, including providing relevant activities towards learning objectives.
  • Department Student Meetings
    • Organize a casual gathering to discuss internship/job searches, and graduate school options and share valuable career guidance. Discover your student’s career interests and provide personalized support for their professional journeys.
